PickGuidePOCOCO Galaxy Projector Bundle Review: Is the Starter Pack Worth It?
If you're looking at POCOCO's Galaxy Projector and wondering whether to grab the solo projector or the bundle that includes a disc set, this review covers exactly that question â the actual value of the bundle, what ships inside the box, and how the constellation disc holds up against what users are saying in real reviews.
The POCOCO Galaxy Projector Bundle pairs the standard Galaxy Projector (the same 1-watt LED, 5K etched-glass disc system sold solo at $99.99) with one Realistic Constellation disc set, priced at $118.90. Buying the projector and a single disc set separately would run you $99.99 + $30 = ~$130, so the bundle saves roughly $11 off the current list prices â a modest but real discount. It ships in six color combos: Black or White or Silver, each paired with Realistic Constellation-1 or Constellation-2. The on-site rating is 4.9/5 from 36 verified reviews. Reviewers consistently mention the 'great quality images,' ease of setup, and how the projector 'turned the bedroom into the starry sky.' One repeat buyer went through five cheaper projectors before switching to POCOCO and says she regrets not buying it first.
Pros
- Bundle discount: $118.90 vs ~$130 if you buy the projector and a disc set separately at full price
- 4.9/5 from 36 on-site verified reviews â a higher per-product rating than the standalone projector
- Includes the Realistic Constellation disc set so you're not buying a projector and then immediately shopping for discs
- Six color/disc-pattern combos let you match the projector finish to your room
- Same 2-year warranty and 30-day return policy as the solo projector
Cons
- The bundle discount is modest (~$11) â not a massive price cut if you already own a disc set
- Constellation-1 and Constellation-2 are the only disc options in the bundle; other themes (nebula, aurora, deep sea) require a separate purchase
- Same 7-15 business day US shipping timeline as the solo projector
- No app or Wi-Fi control; timer is fixed at 15/30/60-minute settings only
Who It's For
Good For
- First-time POCOCO buyers who want everything to get started without a second order
- Gift buyers â a projector that ships ready to use with a disc is a cleaner gift than a projector alone
- Anyone who specifically wants Realistic Constellation imagery (stars, constellations, deep-space formations)
Skip If
- You already own the POCOCO projector â the bundle is structured for first-time buyers
- You want a different disc theme at launch (aurora, nebula, deep sea require a separate disc purchase)
- You're comparing purely on price â the standalone projector at $99.99 is cheaper if you don't want or need a disc set immediately
How It Compares: POCOCO Galaxy Projector Bundle vs POCOCO Galaxy Projector (solo)
| Spec | POCOCO Galaxy Projector Bundle | POCOCO Galaxy Projector (solo) |
|---|---|---|
| Price | $118.90 | $99.99 |
| Disc included | Yes â Realistic Constellation | No â disc is extra |
| Total if you add 1 disc | $118.90 (bundle) | ~$130 (projector + disc separately) |
| Warranty | 2 years | 2 years |
| Rating | 4.9 / 5 (36 reviews) | 4.55 / 5 (648 reviews) |
The bundle adds ~$19 over the standalone projector price, but buying the projector and a disc set separately costs around $130 â so the bundle saves roughly $11. The standalone projector has a much larger review base (648 vs 36). If you're confident you want to start with the constellation disc, the bundle is the more efficient buy; if you're unsure which disc theme you want, starting with the solo projector and choosing a disc after is more flexible.

Frequently Asked Questions
What disc sets come with the POCOCO bundle?
The bundle includes one Realistic Constellation disc set â either Constellation-1 or Constellation-2 depending on the color variant you choose. Both show star fields, constellations, and deep-space formations. Other themes like Aurora, Nebula, or Deep Sea are sold separately as disc sets.
Is the projector in the bundle the same as the standalone POCOCO Galaxy Projector?
Yes. The projector hardware is identical to the solo Galaxy Projector sold at $99.99 â same 1-watt LED, same 5K etched-glass disc system, same 30° tilt and 180° image rotation. The only difference is the bundle includes a Realistic Constellation disc set and costs $118.90 instead of $99.99.
Can I use other POCOCO disc sets with the bundle projector?
Yes. The POCOCO projector uses a universal disc mount, so any POCOCO disc set (aurora, nebula, deep sea, moon and stars, etc.) works with it. The bundle's Realistic Constellation disc is your starting point; you can add other themes by ordering additional disc sets separately.
Verdict
The POCOCO Galaxy Projector Bundle is a practical starting point for anyone who hasn't already committed to just the projector. The ~$11 bundle savings is real, and getting the constellation disc in the same order saves the friction of a second purchase. The 4.9/5 score from 36 reviews is consistent with what buyers are reporting: good image quality, easy setup, and a clear step up from cheaper competitors. If you're buying POCOCO for the first time and want constellation imagery, the bundle is the lower-friction and slightly cheaper path.
